About the Role: We're on the hunt for experienced and reliable Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) Operators to join our growing traffic management team. You'll play a vital role in protecting road crews and the public by operating TMA vehicles across major infrastructure and maintenance projects throughout Melbourne.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Safely operating TMA trucks in live traffic environments
  • Supporting traffic control teams with setup and pack-down
  • Monitoring site safety and responding to dynamic conditions
  • Being the frontline of protection for workers and drivers alike

What You'll Need:

  • Valid TMA Operator certification + HR drivers licence
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Traffic Control Level 1 (essential), Level 2 (preferred)
  • Flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a strong safety mindset
