Job Description Summary

We have opportunities for TMA Operators to join our team in permanent roles including nightshift based in the Williamstown / Altona and Clayton regions

About the Role

Service Stream are now delivering routine maintenance and defect rectification works, and refurbishment and upgrade projects under a major long-term contract with the Victorian Government (Metropolitan Victorian Road Maintenance Contract (VRMC) - South Central Region).

We have opportunities for TMA Operators to join our team in permanent roles including nightshift based in the Williamstown / Altona and Clayton regions. Working under the direction of our Supervisors, you will be critical in delivering services under this contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the safety of road workers and motorists in work zones
  • Completing all works with a strong focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
  • Recording works-related data in the field, in line with work instructions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

About you

Our ideal candidates will have:

  • TMA experience and accreditation.
  • Ability to be a committed team player who drives for service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • A track record of working with a relentless focus on worker, road user and community safety.
  • High levels of self-motivation, exceptional time-management skills and a proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
