**Hunter & Barrel** is firing up a brand-new location in **Adelaide** this **October** — and we’re on the hunt for eager and passionate **Supervisors** to bring it to life.

As a Supervisor, you’ll take an active role in supporting the daily service operations. You’ll lead by example on the floor, assist in guiding and coaching the team, and help ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality, seamless dining experience.

**What we are looking for**:

- Supervisory experience within a high
- volume restaurant
- Continually able to maintain high production, productivity and customer-service standards
- A proven ability to thrive within a high volume and fast paced restaurant
- A current RSA
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Experienced in understanding revenue, profitability and quality of service
- Ability to drive service excellence with a keen eye for detail
- Willingness to undergo further training with both BOH and FOH departments
- Exceptional communication skills with employees and guests
