With its ideal location, SkyCity Adelaide is one of Australia's most premier leisure, events and entertainment precincts. We are now looking for passionate and experienced Supervisor to join the SkyCity Conferencing & Events Team on a part time basis.

**What does a Conference and Events Supervisor do?**

You will work closely with the Conference and Events Manager to ensure all conferences and events run smoothly and to the highest standard. You will support the Conference and Events Manager in leading and managing the team throughout the setting up, packing down, and execution of service during all conferences and events. This may include ensuring the team is fully briefed at the beginning of the event, that each team member receives the required direction throughout the event and most importantly, that each guest receives a consistent level of service.

**What skills does a Conference & Events Supervisor need?**

This role requires someone who can ensure the highest level of service is delivered to our guests with proven experience running corporate events, conferences or high end events. Proven experience in a leadership position within the hospitality industry is critical, as well as exceptional communication and customer service skills. In addition to the above, you will also require;
- The ability to work a rotating roster across a 7 day working week including early mornings, late nights and weekends
- A passion for the hospitality industry, backed by outstanding product knowledge
- The ability to manage and lead a team in order to ensure an excellent service to all guests
- Immaculate presentation and advanced communication skills
- The ability to make decisions under pressure
