**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for our next dynamic and vibrant Customer Service Officer to engage with our customers to fulfill orders and address any queries they may have. Working with the rest of the Customer Service team, a key focus of this role is to ensure that superior service is being delivered to all current and potential clients of the business and accurate information is being provided.

Reporting to our Customer Service Supervisor and based at our Edinburgh North premises, this is a great opportunity to join our team.

**About you**:
You will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be able to perform in a fast paced environment. With previous experience in customer service and excellent phone communication skills, you will also have experience with ERP systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Highly accurate and proficient data entry for customer orders.
- Regular outbound phone contact with customers aligning with call cycle.
- Drive sales growth by actively pursuing new distribution opportunities and managing the entire sales cycle.
- Strong focus on improving the customer experience in alignment with required outcomes.
- Provide timely feedback to the Customer Service Supervisor and production team for customer orders and customer queries.
- Continuous improvement by identifying issues, challenges, and finding and implementing solutions.
- Reception duties as required.
