**The Role**
AGSVA is seeking a high performing APS4 Customer Service Officer to contribute in delivering high quality customer service to Defence and AGSVA customers and stakeholders. Duties of the position include but are not limited to:

- Servicing and answering enquiries on all security clearance related queries
- Processing and administering AGSVA security clearance related products
- Working within established priorities and procedures while exercising some autonomy about how the work is performed
- Identifying and championing efficiencies through process improvements
- Undertaking quality assurance practices to promote the delivery of exceptional customer service

AGSVA is the central agency for the processing and granting of security clearances for the majority of Australian Government agencies and state and territory agencies. The Directorate of Vetting Customer Service is a fast paced, dynamic team, supporting AGSVA's customers and stakeholders. You will be joining a customer service team that is respectful, trusted and proven, contributing to a positive service delivery culture in a high tempo environment.
