**Primo Care Disability Services Operations Manager - Lead with Purpose and Be Rewarded**

**About the Role**:
As the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of our Sydney operations — from staff management and client coordination to business growth and compliance. You’ll work closely with Primo Care’s executive team and play a pivotal role in building our reputation and success in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and support the Sydney-based team
- Oversee client onboarding, service planning, and delivery
- Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations and quality standards
- Drive operational efficiency and service excellence
- Support business growth through relationship-building and local networking
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to strategic decision-making

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in NDIS service delivery or operational management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent knowledge of NDIS compliance and quality frameworks
- Business acumen and an eye for continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or Business
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience required for this role

**Employment Type**: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 3 years (preferred)
