An experienced Accounts and Administration Officer needed for a part-time position on the Gold Coast

**Your new role**

This role will be a varied and flexible role including a number of tasks in Accounts and Administration. In this position you will carry out a wide range of accounting and adhoc duties that include but not limited to:

- Accounting - Sales, Purchases, Bank reconciliation etc. (6 entities)
- Assisting with salary payroll and casual project payroll across 3 entities Aust, PNG, Fiji
- Project Budgeting, Bookings & procurement, expense reconciliations
- 6 external accountant reconciliations
- Monthly intercompany (3 entities)
- Weekly & EOM reporting
- Monthly, quarterly & annual statutory requirements (5 entities)
- Office supply ordering
- Assisting with any office maintenance

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in a similar role using MYOB will see you succeed in this role. You will be confident in your ability, be able to multitask, handle pressure, have high attention to detail and work autonomously to get the job done.
