Join our client at an exciting stage of growth & help support an array of customers, troubleshooting & resolving escalated tickets from the L1 team.

**The Company**

This is an opportunity to join a Managed Service Provider at and exciting stage of growth. You will play a pivotal role in helping to support a variety of different customers in different sectors such as Hospitality, Medical General Practice, Wholesale, Recruitment and Construction & Manufacturing.

You will not only be based in their CBD office, but also onsite with a variety of different clients across Greater Melbourne.

**The Role**

In this high energy role, your duties will involve troubleshooting and resolving tickets that have been escalated from the level 1 team. You will play a key role in supporting a variety of systems such as Windows 10, 11, Office 365 etc.

You will also have amassed strong experience around hardware and networking in order to be able to help set up clients hardware and connect it to the relevant network in order to function e.g. printers.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Experience supporting the full Office 365 suite - Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint etc.
- Managing and maintaining the service desk incidents.
- Experience installing printers and connecting them to the relevant network.
- Resolving all tickets escalated from the Level 1 team.
- Perform hardware builds and maintenance as required.
- Excellent understanding of Network Support (routers / switches), and desktop support (Windows 10 and 11).

You have exceptional customer service skills, are a quick thinker, highly adaptable and you have a natural flair for solving problems. You have amassed excellent technical experience to date and are confident working independently to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
