The Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join their team as a **Healthcare Program Implementation Lead**. This permanent, full-time role presents an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of vital healthcare programs. You will collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders, including the Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI), Clinical Excellence Commission (CEC), and other NSW Health Pillar organisations, to drive the delivery of high-quality, sustainable healthcare services across the district.
As the Healthcare Program Implementation Lead, you will take a central role in developing, implementing, and evaluating key healthcare programs across the Central Coast. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning through to execution, ensuring all activities are aligned with the strategic goals of the Directorate of Strategy, Quality, and Improvement. Your duties will include overseeing the coordination of project teams, engaging with stakeholders, and driving co-design processes with consumers to ensure the healthcare programs meet community needs. You’ll also lead workshops, support the development of scalable models, and manage milestone deliverables and risk mitigation efforts. In this role, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality management, working closely with various teams to deliver successful, high-impact healthcare initiatives.
**About You**
- You have tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline, health management, or project management, alongside demonstrated relevant industry experience.
- You have demonstrated skills and experience in managing all aspects of change, quality improvement, and project management.
- You have a current Drivers' Licence and willingness to travel between sites and facilities across a large geographic area.
- You have the ability to integrate feedback from program evaluations and adapt service delivery in response to changing priorities.
**Where You'll Be Working**
You will be working within the Central Coast Local Health District, which covers a vast and diverse geographic area. This role will require you to travel between various sites and facilities, so a current NSW driver’s license is essential. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working alongside clinicians, managers, and external stakeholders to achieve the strategic goals of the District. Your work will directly contribute to improving healthcare services for the local community, ensuring programs are effective, sustainable, and responsive to evolving healthcare needs.
