Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Organisational Improvement Partner to join our team on a temporary full-time basis until June 29, 2025. Working across the district, this role is pivotal in driving performance improvement and organisational development initiatives that align with CCLHD’s strategic goals. **This role is suitable for any of the following;**
- Health Manager Level 3
- Nurse Manager Grade 2
- Physiotherapist Level 5
- Occupational Therapist Level 5

**About You**
- Degree qualifications in Nursing, Allied Health professions, change management, project management, business, or a related field and/or demonstrated extensive practical experience within Healthcare in business improvement, project management, quality & safety, and change management.
- You have a proven ability to influence managers and staff to facilitate new ways of working and drive performance improvements.
- You have a current Drivers' Licence and willingness to travel within the Central Coast Local Health District as required.
- You have demonstrated experience in data analysis and evidence-based decision-making to identify and drive business improvements.

You will be based at Gosford Hospital, one of the key facilities within the Central Coast Local Health District. This role involves working with multiple teams across the district, allowing you to build strong, collaborative relationships while contributing to meaningful change in healthcare delivery.
