**About You**
- Degree in a health-related discipline, health management, or project management.
- Expertise in process improvement, change management, and project management in the healthcare setting.
- Ability to integrate evaluation feedback into service delivery and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and data analysis for evidence-based decisions.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare quality improvement frameworks and methodologies.
