
Office Administration Assistant

A well-established Manufacture of Metal Roofing Products located in Gregory Hills, requires an Administration Assistant to help assist with the everyday running of the business.
**Your role will be varied but main duties will include**
- Order Processing
- Answering Phone Calls
- Purchasing of material
- Filling documentation
- Goods Receiving and Invoicing
- Data Recording
- Other duties that will be assigned during the day
Working 5 days a week between Monday-Friday.
**Skills that are Required**
- Microsoft Knowledge; Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in SAP will be a bonus but training will be provided
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- High Organisation skills and time management
- Reliable and be able to work effectively within a team environment
- Administration experience in the roofing industry will be an advantage
**Salary**: $22.50 - $24.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Overtime pay
