**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Office Duties**:

- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-organized.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.

**Treatment Coordination**:

- Present and explain treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand their options and the benefits.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to manage patient treatment schedules.
- Follow up with patients to encourage treatment plan acceptance and schedule necessary appointments.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding treatment plans, insurance, and payment options.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary.
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with the patients to verify their health insurance coverage and benefits.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a **dental front office** is a **MUST**.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software **Dental4Windows**:

- Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment procedures.
- Excellent phone manners and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to present and explain treatment plans in a clear and persuasive manner.
