**National Manager - Operations**

**The Company**

Little Sparrow Melbourne established in 2015 is an established coffee brand with over 20 national stores. The brand is currently in the processes of an aggressive National expansion plan.

**The Role.**

**Job Responsibilities?**
- The Setup, and training of all interstate operations’
- Setting up and conducting Interviews for new stores
- Oversee the daily operations of the organisation and ensure that all Standard Operating procedures are followed.
- The training of Management and staff when required.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage supply relationships.
- Monitor and analyse store performance by physical audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous update and implementation of processes and procedures to ensure compliance and improve operational performance.
- Organise daily and weekly operations Schedules for Managing Director
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and franchisees.
- Identify cost saving initiatives.
- Frequent Interstate travel required when setting up interstate stores

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in a similar role
- Exceptional Barista Skills, including exceptional latte art skills.
- The ability to multi task in a face paced environment.
- Highly organised and methodical approach
- Strong and experienced leadership skills
- Meeting KPI’s
- Strong people leadership capability with the ability adapt to achieve desired objectives.
- Strongly demonstrated relationship management skills
- Must be able to tolerate high pressure situations with high level problem solving skills.
- Experienced in PowerPoint, Word and Excel would be a advantage
