Role Overview:

It's a hands-on leadership role. You'll oversee a diverse team of operational specialists (including Inventory, Customer Support, and Quality Assurance Managers), while ensuring every branch operates consistently, efficiently, and safely.

You'll review the branch network, assess what's working well, and develop a national framework for branch operations - a blueprint that supports the company's broader transformation toward a more customer-centric model.

  • Support national inventory and QA managers in continuous improvement
  • Report to the GM, working closely with senior stakeholders and the leadership team

You'll need national-level operational management experience in an industrial, distribution, trades/services or branch-based business, and a passion for optimising processes while keeping the customer front of mind.

You'll bring
:

  • Proven experience leading national or multi-site operations teams
  • Ability to develop and embed frameworks, processes and tools
  • Strong people leadership and coaching capability
  • Knowledge of branch operations, distribution, or supply chain
  • Experience standardising processes and driving operational efficiency
  • Commercial and data literacy to monitor and interpret performance
  • Collaborative style and ability to work across a matrix organisation
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
