As the service desk analyst, you will partner with all levels of the business identifying, qualifying and classifying service requests and IT Issues. Using your exceptional problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis and identification of workarounds, you will uphold effective stakeholder engagement and customer service interaction.
- In this role you will provide all front line and desktop support services across a wide variety of equipment and technology used within the business. You will be required to build and maintain a thorough in-depth knowledge of all technology that is in use within Integria and will play a critical role in the deployment, education, and support of such technology to all business end users.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ownership of all support requests whilst managing stakeholder communications and expectations in professional and efficient manner regarding status updates
- Effectively managing ticket queues, by analysing, assigning and escalating the support calls received within Service Desk and the ability to identify Priority One Incidents
- Image, Build and deployment of all end user equipment (including refreshes)
- IT asset tracking and licence management of end user equipment and software
- Ensure the capture and documentation within IT Knowledgebase
- Contribute to post Incident reviews and reports and assist in the implementation of improvements where identified and agreed within the IT Team
**About You**:
- At least 3 years’ demonstrated experience as a level 2 service desk/deskside or support engineer in a commercial environment
- Qualifications in Information Technology and/or equivalent work experience in IT environment working with other IT Technical roles
- Vendor Certification
- Experience supporting Windows 10, Apple iOS and Microsoft Office
- Experience in administering Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Office365, Endpoint Manager and Dynamics 365
- Hands on experience in administrating hardware support across a range of devices
- Previous experience in supporting Microsoft Teams as an IP Telephony system and Mobile Phones using Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Experience with Azure as a Service offerings is beneficial
- Experience with Wireless, WiFi, IP Addressing and TCP/IP
