**About the role**:
We have an exciting role available as our Retail Marketing Manager for Skechers Reporting to the Head of Marketing Skechers, you will be responsible for leading and executing Skechers marketing objectives for +150 Skechers Retail and online stores across Australia and New Zealand. The purpose of the role is to ensure marketing campaign excellence by utilizing Global and localized Skechers content.
**Your key responsibilities will be**:
- Working with key internal stakeholders, Develop, Plan, and deliver Skechers Campaigns to all retail stores and. Com within deadlines.
- Communicate Retail Marketing requirements with the Global Marketing team, seeking approval and alignment on local priorities.
- Create and communicate Monthly Brand campaign updates to Retail teams.
- Present and update Marketing initiatives for weekly trade meetings, providing insight and recommendations.
- Working with the trade Marketing coordinator, plan and execute Local Area Marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic to key stores.
- Manage store moving content and instore music updates.
- Brief internal agency and deliver ad hoc promotional content to eCom & POS to stores as required.
- Working with Store development, plan new store Signage requirements.
- Manage and order new store POS | Display POP as required.
- Monitor retail campaign performance and input to Monthly global reports.
- Build and manage key internal relationships (Internal Agencies, Buying, Ecommerce, Merch Planning,)
- Manage external Print, Consumable suppliers, and the online ordering platform.
- Marketing Budget updates and PO management.
- Mentor and provide leadership to Trade Marketing coordinator.
- Ad hoc business requests when required. (Retail, new store events)
**To be successful you will have**:
- 3+ years’ experience in Retail Marketing / Visual Merchandising Management
- Strong familiarity with Print Management and execution
- Ability to interpret global guidelines with a local lens.
- Up to date with environmentally friendly Print and POP tactics.
- Agency Management skills
- Good presentation skills
- People leadership experience
- IT Skills: Microsoft office (Very good), Adobe suite (highly regarded).
