- We are on the hunt for an experienced General Manager of Retail, a critical role within the DECJUBA Leadership Team. In this role you will take charge of our global retail strategy, delivering AMAZING customer experiences, maximising profitability, and driving operational efficiencies. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead and inspire a dynamic team of over 1,400 passionate retail team members. If you're ready to shape the future of retail, join us where AMAZING happens - **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**Execute Retail Strategy**: Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales, profitability, and operational efficiency across the retail division.

**Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences**: Design and implement customer service strategies that consistently deliver AMAZING experiences, build loyalty, and drive sales growth, leveraging data and analytics to gain deep insights into customer behaviours and trends.

**Build AMAZING Careers**: Lead, mentor, and inspire your retail team, creating a strong talent pipeline for future succession at all levels.

**Ensure Seamless Operations**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to achieve operational excellence across every DECJUBA store.

**Financial Management**: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the retail division, ensuring profitability targets are met, costs are effectively managed, and all operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

**Lead Strategic Projects and Market Expansion**: Oversee and manage initiatives that drive growth and align with our strategic objectives and brand purpose, while identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities, including store expansion and product line diversification.**ABOUT YOU**- 7+ years of experience leading and developing large national teams as a General Manager or in a similar role within retail (preferably fashion or apparel).
- Strong leadership skills that inspire, engage, and motivate teams while consistently upholding company values.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a focus on achieving results and growing the business.
- Passionate about retail, with a customer-first approach.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-focused strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Extensive experience in driving retail success through sales, service standards, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Commercially focused and process-driven, always seeking ways to simplify and improve efficiency.
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative style, building strong relationships across all levels of the business.
