- We are on the hunt for an experienced General Manager of Retail, a critical role within the DECJUBA Leadership Team. In this role you will take charge of our global retail strategy, delivering AMAZING customer experiences, maximising profitability, and driving operational efficiencies. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead and inspire a dynamic team of over 1,400 passionate retail team members. **Financial Management**: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the retail division, ensuring profitability targets are met, costs are effectively managed, and all operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
**Lead Strategic Projects and Market Expansion**: Oversee and manage initiatives that drive growth and align with our strategic objectives and brand purpose, while identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities, including store expansion and product line diversification.**ABOUT YOU**- 7+ years of experience leading and developing large national teams as a General Manager or in a similar role within retail (preferably fashion or apparel).
- Strong leadership skills that inspire, engage, and motivate teams while consistently upholding company values.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a focus on achieving results and growing the business.
- Passionate about retail, with a customer-first approach.
