**About the Role**:
Reporting to the General Manager of Services for GE Healthcare A&NZ, this critical and senior leadership role will see you driving a coherent service strategy across the GEHC business for Critical Care Services (CCS), including modalities of Patient Care Solutions and Ultrasound. Success will be achieved by optimising the use of resources to drive integrated service delivery and customer experience, as well as providing operational and technical input for the commercial service strategies.

Your team will consist of 4 direct reports each of which are experienced and dedicated Service Delivery Managers as well as 46 indirect reports (Field Service Engineers). Your focus will be to set the vision and operational tactics to develop a world leading Field Operations Team by utilising and driving financial, operational, and customer-centric metrics.

We are open to the role being based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.

**About You**:
We are looking for a commercially and technically astute individual that has senior level experience in the healthcare industry, operations and service environment. It would be a strong advantage if you have knowledge of GE Healthcare, our structure and products.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Bio-medical or Electrical/ Electronic Engineering field
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Technical, Commercial or Operational field
- Masters and Lean / Six sigma experience within an operational context is highly desirable
