**About Us**: Located in the heart of Sydney, Arterra Interactive is a leader in Architectural 3D Visualisation, Animation, and Interactive Visual Media. For over 20 years, we’ve been creating immersive 3D digital media for Australia’s most significant property developments, transport, and infrastructure projects.

**The Role: Junior Project Coordinator**

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Project Coordinator to join our team full-time. No previous experience in the industry is required—we’re more interested in your eagerness to learn and strong business sense. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow in a supportive, creative environment while working alongside experts in animation and digital media.

**What You’ll Do**:
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you'll assist with coordinating various aspects of project management, working closely with our senior project team to help bring projects to life. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with project planning, tracking, and resource management.
- Supporting in defining project goals, scope, and schedules.
- Monitoring project milestones and providing updates to the team and stakeholders.
- Learning to use project management tools such as G-Suite, Teamwork project management, HubSpot etc.
- Acting as a liaison between the production team and clients, supporting clear and consistent communication.
- Helping to identify potential project challenges and brainstorming solutions.

**What We Offer**:
