- Work 3 days from the CBD office and 2 days from home

Our client, a financial services firm in the CBD, is recruiting a Team Leader to join their ranks due to internal movements within the business.

Lead this team of 15 to success in a busy and growing environment.

This role is the perfect fit for an established team leader with a similar industry background, who is a champion of change and developer of people.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support customers, team members & peers
- Ensure the delivery of SLA's
- Be a champion of change and growth
- Manage escalations & respond to requests from senior managers
- Proactively develop & empower team members, including ongoing staff reviews
- Ongoing coaching of current employees, alongside creation of development plans and performance reports
- Recruit alongside senior management for new vacancies
- Identify room for process improvement and streamlining
- Develop both self and team members in line with company KPI's, reporting back and monitoring progress
- Respect, understand and promote company values

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Similar industry exposure would prove beneficial
- A customer focused, team leadership background
- Exceptional communication skills accompanied by an upbeat, energetic personality
- Proven ability to work successfully, moving businesses forward
- Self motivated, driven, and a personable approach
