**Overview**:

- We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Global Account Development Manager to join our Global Account Management Team (GAM).
- The Achievers Global Account Management Team inspires customers to set the strategy for how the "Achievers Employee Experience Platform" positively impacts global business success. The GAM strategy is to accelerate winning business within existing customers in other parts of their world, what we call the Decentralised Expand (DE) territory.

The Global Account Development Manager applies their collaborative and entrepreneurial drive to work closely with the Achievers Global Account Management and global sales function to win deals with accounts that meet Achievers Decentralised Expand territory strategy to maximise revenue and growth. The Global Account Development Manager is an expert explorer, prospecting and determining account growth potential. By leveraging their knowledge of Human Capital Management and engagement programming, they will build and maintain customer relationships to help multi-national businesses be successful through the success of their employees. The GAM team is an account-based function, the Global Account Development Manager will have a keen ability to generate new revenue opportunities within Achievers’ existing customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the GAM and Sales teams to ensure data integrity across all sales development channels.
- Be an individual contributor by helping to identify global key contacts in the Named Accounts as allocated by the GAM leadership.
- Prospect to new entities of existing Named Accounts within defined territories.
- Build authentic relationships with customers and prospects by showing authenticity and demonstrating that you’ve done your research and can effectively answer prospects concerns and questions quickly.
- Conduct extensive customer and market research on a defined list of Decentralised Expand Named Accounts.
- Partner with Account Executives and GAM team on how to prospect within the Decentralised Expand territory in fresh and innovative ways.
- Document customer stories, competitive intelligence and identify and upload all relevant contacts within your Named Accounts into Salesforce.
- Participate in documenting all processes in the GAM playbook.
- Become one with our sales productivity tools - Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Vidyard, Sales Navigator...and more
- Leverage customer and prospect feedback to collaborate with Product, Marketing Customer Success and Solutions Consulting teams to win future deals.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development or Inside Sales, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment.
- The ability to map accounts, identify buyers/key decision makers, gather company intelligence etc.
- Work to meet objectives and key results.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, an insane level of curiosity.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively conduct customer and market research.
- Are a self-starter with the ability to work in a global, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work flexibly to effectively work across multiple time-zones.
- Post-secondary education (or equivalent experience).
- The ability to work in-person 3 days per week at Achievers Melbourne office would be preferred.
