We are a small family owned commercial cleaning company located in Capalaba.
Seeking an office administrator/ receptionist to join our small yet busy team.
Ideal applicant would
- have prior office admin experience
- be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
- good typing & communication skills
- organised, self-motivated
- happy to work both within a team and also on their own
- willing to learn new and varied tasks
- can take direction, friendly, positive and versatile
Duties would include
- answering phones
- working with Director & Office Manager preparing correspondence, quotes etc
- liaising with clients, staff, suppliers
- rostering/ scheduling
- general and varied admin duties
Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am -4:30pm. Friday 8:30am - 12pm. Salary negotiable, based on prior experience. Immediate start.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 33.50 per week
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
