Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the growth of our fund, while maintaining and developing existing members relationships, keeping them engaged and returning for more.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Lead with the development of comprehensive plans, briefs and post activity reviews for Marketing activities.
- Establish and maintain closed loop analytics and utilise data to measure, inform, optimise and report on marketing activities.
- Utilise data and insights to identify improvements across member acquisition and retention journeys.
- Support to deliver identified improvements, focusing efforts on upskilling across required systems, processes, and marketing best practice - with a view to becoming a critical marketing SME capable of managing and optimising mar-tech tools to support conversion and member retention efforts.
**About you**
We are seeking a marketing guru with a market-orientated mindset, where getting things done, and live using the latest mar-tech tool, is a way of life. You are member focused, ensuring the voice of the customer is first and foremost. Passionate about marketing and keen to contribute to key growth activities on the strategy roadmap that will drive business strategy and growth.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience within a marketing role, working across multiple brands with a strong focus on growth and retention activities.
- Experience in, and/or strong understanding of the private health insurance landscape is desirable.
- Highly developed project management and digital literacy skills.
- Experience with and comfortable using various mar-tech tools including CRM and CMS tools.
- Ability to work effectively, managing multiple, varied assignments in a fast-paced, evolving environment to strict deadlines.
- Ability to motivate, influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
