A leading financial services organisation are looking for a Business & Administration Coordinator to join their talented Investment Banking Team on a permanent basis.

**The Role**
You will be sitting within the Investment Banking Team to assist with presentations and legal documentation - this is very much a technical role that will contribute to the effective operational administration of the team.
- Liaising with APAC and build a professional relationship with the worldwide team
- Produce high quality reports and presentations for client meetings
- Prepare monthly budget report
- Collate information across the business by liaising with stakeholders
- On-going management of risk reporting
- EA duties - diary management, travel arrangements, accurate taking of meeting minutes
- Processing legal documentation
- Events planning
- Ad-hoc administration duties
- Back up support for the EA team

**About you**:

- As this is a technical you must be adept in using technology - including Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint, word)
- Excellent attention to detail
- High personal standards when it comes to work accuracy
- Prior experience in writing budget reports and ability to assess them
- Financial Services knowledge
- Previously put together presentations to a high standard
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels
- Proven ability in process-improvement
- Positive attitude towards work
