This new opportunity has arisen as a result of rapid growth within the organization. We couldn't be happier for them and are now searching for their newest, amazing human to join the team as a Leasing Manager.

You will be joining a progressive and innovative property company, rich in history as part of the residential Property Management Practice Team.

The parent organization owns a diverse asset base, having commenced its journey in the 1960's across aged care, retirement living also including a hospital. Over recent years this has expanded into the residential space and they are still growing.

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude
- Team player and able to work autonomously
- Valid driver license (Your job is to be on the road, leasing properties)
- Current Property Management Registration
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation
- A positive and focused approach
- Be customer service focused
- Experience using **PROPERTY TREE**:

- Be IT savvy and embrace technology | Office 365
- **MUST BE fully vaccinated (Including booster) & willing to get the Flu shot**

- North - centrally located head office, close to main transport arteries
- Second office due to open in September
- Company has recently acquired another rent-roll and growing
- You will tend to between 8 - 10 opens per week to find the best tenants
- Property management focus business only - at the moment
- Full leasing duties
- Work alongside the full PM team
