Our client, an investment & real estate development company is recruiting a FT Leasing Manager near Perth CBD.

Our client is a leading investment & real estate development company. They are currently recruiting a FT Leasing Manager near Perth CBD

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for the leasing negotiation and renewals for a highly prestigious client as well as the development of potential new clients to maximise occupancy. Tenant management and daily liaison will be an integral part of this role.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be a self-starter, able to manage client expectations and work to strict KPI's. An ability to develop new business will be essential for this position.
