What you will do
Design, develop and execute executing change and communications management activities to support Student and Learning Domain initiatives.
Provide general support to the Academic Technology function. Work at both strategic and tactical levels.
Contribute to stakeholder management, targeted communications, change plan execution, change readiness assessment, and training material development.
you will have the opportunity to build a change champion network and develop a newsletter to effectively communicate initiatives within the student and learning domain.

What you have done
Previous experience in a project-based Change Management environment, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training. Change Management certifications are desirable.
Extensive experience in assessing Change Readiness and evaluating Change implementation by using Change Management & Project Management methodologies.
Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to influence and negotiate across diverse audiences.
Proficient in various communication channels, including digital platforms, workshop facilitation, and creative collateral.
Strong problem-solving, judgement, and negotiation skills.
