**The role**:
This Government department is seeking a Change and Communications Officer who will work closely with the change manager to help facilitate communications, change and training activities plus the documentation required for the successful rollout of a key IT Infrastructure project.

**Accountabilities**:

- Provide writing and editing support for all communication activities
- Support the development and maintenance of the project's SharePoint page
- Maintain change, communications and training plans.
- Work with the Change Manager to deliver communication and change strategies.
- Assist in facilitating communications, change and training activities.

**Required**:

- Previous experience working in Communication roles.
- Change and training experience in a project environment.
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional writing, editing and communication abilities.
