**Daimler Trucks Ballarat** is a substantial warehouse complex located in Ballarat’s logistic and manufacturing hub and retails the globally recognised products of Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso. The dealership has a dedicated service, parts, and sales team to support our customers.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a strong customer service background to join our service team as a
**Service Advisor**.

**About the role**
As a Service Advisor, you will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working as part of a team to ensure our customers are well supported.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking a leading role in driving an outstanding customer experience
- Organising bookings and service enquiries
- Managing, maintaining and growing customer relationships with fleets of all sizes
- Identify any additional service requirements and document them accordingly
- Liaise with workshop controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Team attitude and ability to problem solve
- Commitment to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
- Ability to prioritise and remain organised
