**Job Description**:
**Avani Central Melbourne Residences** **is looking for a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join the team on a part time basis. Working for a minimum of 30 hours per week, this positions offers excellent work life balance.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to bring your passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience every day. You’ll be responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Office department, such as the reception duties, guest check in/out, manage and book reservations and assist guests during their stay.

**Qualifications**:

- A Minimum of 2 + Years experience in a hotel or customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
- The ability to successfully provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Professional presentation essential

**Study for free and receive $1000**

Oaks Hotels will support you obtain a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality whilst you work with us.
