What's on offer?
The Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services team is looking for an experienced office administration professional to join us in our Mile End office. This role will be responsible for:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls with a professional, friendly manner.
- Coordinate corporate events, including the annual Good Work Awards.
- Organise catering, office stationery, and raise purchase orders as required.
- Ensure the office runs smoothly and maintains a professional, welcoming environment - from supplies to cleaning coordination.
- Manage mail distribution and man reception daily.
- Prepare Board Reports, take meeting minutes, and provide general administrative support to General Manager
- Oversee general office maintenance.
- Provide Executive Assistant support to the General Manager, including diary management, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, document preparation, and confidential correspondence.
About You:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Prior experience working in an administration role
