**About The Role**

The Commercial Analytics function partners with business stakeholders to provide timely, valuable and game changing insights that influence decisions and drive changes for Sportsbet and its customers.

Being a completely digital company in a highly competitive market, delivering competitive advantage by leveraging our data and generating timely, actionable insights will be key to providing our customers the best possible experience and enable Sportsbet to continue pushing the boundaries as a digital leader with a cutting edge analytics function.

Reporting into the Head of Commercial Analytics, this Insights Analyst role will lead the Commercial Analytics function for Customer Operations, Responsible Gambling, Marketing, Product, Media and Risk & Trading, with a main focus on identifying performance improvement opportunities, partnering with relevant stakeholders to deliver outcomes for customers and business, and uplifting the skills and capabilities of the Analytics team.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, mathematics, finance, computer science or data science discipline
- Advanced level of SQL or equivalent
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI and ability to derive insights from data
- Business Analysis and/or Insights Analysis experience
