Strategy & Insights Analyst required to deliver outcome-focused reporting solutions around customer behaviour for a leading financial services business.

**Responsibilities**:

- liaise with senior business leaders in the Marketing and Customer Experience space to gather and define requirements
- develop outcome-focused reporting solutions using Power BI
- present insights and recommendations to senior management teams to drive strategic and operational decision-making

**Requirements**:

- strong SQL coding skills
- experience building Power BI dashboards
- proven storytelling skills, with a strong background presenting insightful solutions
- must have previous experience working in the financial services industry
