**About the role**:
Ecolab Healthcare are looking for a Service Scheduler to join the Queensland team that delivers vital front line service support on complex infection control machinery located throughout the state. The service scheduler will work to promote service excellence, deliver customer satisfaction, and provide the drive and administrative support necessary for the delivery of good technical and administrative outcomes.

This equipment supports critical medical processes in many health settings including major regional and metropolitan hospitals, ultimately helping save lives and improve patient outcomes. It is important, rewarding work, which is busy, with priorities that often change quickly in response to customer needs.

The function and effectiveness of the healthcare service team hinges on having a highly motivated and engaged person in this critical role, liaising with customers, service staff and technical managers to ensure they can deliver service requirements to meet our customers’ needs.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Scheduling service work for technicians predominantly in QLD but with occasional broader responsibility across Australia
- Receive and log breakdown calls from customers and escalate to our technical support team
- Communicate with customers regarding status of service work
- Monitor, organise and prioritise workflow
- Work closely with the service manager and service team leaders to deliver the regional service strategy
- Assist with travel arrangements for the service team
- Assist with creating quotations to attend customer breakdowns
- Review completed service work to ensure this is ready for invoicing by the finance team
- Maintain and keep up to date records and contacts in the ERP system
- Liaise with purchasing and logistics team to ensure parts are ordered to complete service work on time
- A positive attitude and the drive to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible and to work unsupervised.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
