We are seeking an experienced and passionate HLTAID011 Provide First Aid Trainer and Assessor to join our team.

**About the Role**
You'll deliver high-quality first aid training and assessment to a diverse range of learners, equipping them with essential life-saving skills in accordance with the national competency standards.
As a Trainer and Assessor, you'll assess competency and ensure all training complies with relevant industry regulations and standards. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a positive learning environment and promoting a culture of safety and preparedness:
- Deliver engaging and interactive practical training sessions for HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (students have completed theoretical component before enrolling in practical sessions).
- Assess student competency against national training package requirements, providing constructive feedback.
- Ensure accurate completion and submission of all assessment documentation and reporting.
- Stay current with industry trends, changes to legislation, and best practices in first aid training.
**About You**
To be successful, you’ll have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40122 equivalent) along with a current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certification (or equivalent). In addition, you'll have:
- Proven experience delivering first aid training and assessments.
- Strong knowledge of first aid techniques and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to compliance with industry standards and training regulations.
- 2 years relevant industry experience (or 2 years in a healthcare setting).
