As a part of our Claims team, your role is central to Youi's reputation and relationships. You play a crucial part in end-to-end service delivery of motor claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure your Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.

About The Role

  • Onsite and full-time, working Monday to Friday at our Ann Street office
  • Induction training, required for the first 3 weeks, conducted at our Chermside office
  • Manage your own portfolio of motor claims
  • Help our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish
  • Problem solving on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
  • Be a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim

About You

  • Familiarity with case or portfolio management is highly regarded
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with experience in administration a bonus
  • Great communication skills to effectively present and articulate information
  • Skilled at multitasking and thrives in a busy environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
