**The opportunity**
Direct IT is the leading IT Demand Generation Specialist across APAC. Our offering includes: intent targeting, ABM activation, lead generation, inbound and outbound marketing, event support, and outsourced sales.Due to ongoing growth, and higher demand for data across our sales floor we are looking for a proactive Salesforce Administrator to:
- take campaign briefs from our Sales Operations team, and curating data sets in response to those briefs into which marketing activities will be run;
- act as custodian of our database, making sure that we’re always doing everything we can to improve and preserve the contact health of the database - including deduplication, data validation etc; and
- consistently explore opportunities for further process automation within our data operations function.
This role is critical for the successful delivery of our marketing campaigns, and is an integral part of our sales process.You will be situated in between our client facing account managers, designing, and building campaigns, and our outbound sales development team who use the campaign data you prepare in order to deliver highly qualified leads to our clients. The better the quality of the data, the better the results of the campaign. You will also be responsible to the ongoing maintenance of our internal database while working with our internal business analysts to find ways to improve our processes.
**What you will be doing**:
- Extract, prepare, and upload marketing lead data in Salesforce CRM.
- Manage and update our client/customer database and use customer segmentation to define specific segments of our target audience for different marketing campaigns
- Prepare reports and extract data from Salesforce to support marketing and sales campaigns
- Work with Account Managers to complete campaign setup and provide accurate and relevant campaign data sets for our sales development team.
- Oversea an outsourced data cleansing team to ensure the ongoing data integrity and maintenance.
- Creating targeted call lists in-line with campaign requirements
- Assist the broader team with data requests, providing support to sales and campaign management team on any Salesforce related requests
- Ensure the processing/handling of information is in accordance with best practice and organisational standards for quality, security, and confidentiality
- Actively look for areas to improve data management processes improving campaign set up times, data quality, reporting, and other salesforce processes
- Work with sales to develop forms and processes to reduce upload times and improve sales conversion rates through high quality data sets
- Work with Business Intelligence team to develop salesforce dashboards and reports to advance business objectives
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the efficiency of promotional campaigns, create detailed reports and present them to senior leadership, and propose strategy adjustments based on relevant metrics
- Salesforce System administration and new user setup.
**To be successful in this role you will**
- Have a high attention to detail, and the ability to work with large complex data sets
- You will have experience with CRM data, and have a high proficiency with Excel. (H/V lookups, de-dupes etc.)
- Experience extracting reports from a CRM tool.
- Be able to demonstrate your initiative through problem solving, and proactive communication
- You will be able to work within deadlines and prioritise accordingly

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
