As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Salesforce platform for our organisation which is active in the education industry. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure the platform meets their needs and is optimised for our business processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles and permissions, custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and automation within Salesforce.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales and customer service performance.
- Provide ongoing training and support to Salesforce users across the organisation.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Keep up to date with new Salesforce features and functionality, and evaluate their potential impact on the organisation.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce is preferred.
