**Your opportunity**
You are an experienced Salesforce Administrator having had experienced managing multiple Salesforce org concurrently. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day support, maintenance, improvement and strategic development of the Salesforce platform.
You are a proactive individual that will continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and providing feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. You have superpower in liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.
**You will have overall accountability for**
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions for Sales and Customer Service that align with key business objectives
- Maintain and support day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform
- Oversee and a gate keeper on all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
- Responsible for user support tickets, triage tickets raised and resolve support tickets
- Work with key stakeholders to find innovative ways to leverage the Salesforce platform
- Review all Salesforce platform changes and provide communication and training where required
- Develop and update documentation and training in line with the company’s information management system
- Work with team members to develop integration with other business systems
- Co-ordinate with external resources where required

**Additional, favorable skills or experience**:
- Minimum 4+ years experience working as a Salesforce Administrator preferably experiences all gained via working in Australia
- Experienced in managing multiple Salesforce production org concurrently with multiple users
- Ability to work independently but know when to seek help when required
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
