**Salesforce Administrator**
**Permanent full-time**
**$110,000 - $124,000 package**
**Hybrid model**

As the Salesforce Administrator, you will work with stakeholders across the business to understand their requirements, allowing you to integrate Salesforce effectively to meet their needs. Other key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, process building and other routine tasks.
- Managing all escalated incidents related to Salesforce to external vendors/consultants and ensure agreed service levels are met.
- Reviewing and proposing business improvements and contribute to the development, facilitation, coordination and communication of initiatives and strategies to ensure organisational consistency and adoption of best agile practices.

**About you**

For this role, we are seeking a collaborative individual who is looking to grow and develop in their career. The individual will have a mix of the following experience, skills and capabilities:

- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology including a certification in Salesforce Administration and/or equivalent professional experience.
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience working with as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build reports and dashboards, workflows and other day to day system administration tasks.
