We are looking for a National Visual Merchandising Manager to join our Head Office who connects with our vision and joins the conversation by launching our legacy, communicating our message and creating an elevated customer and team experience

**The key responsibilities in this role include**:

- Managing state and instore Merchandising teams
- Ensuring teams are maintaining VM and store presentation standards
- Develop training initiatives to develop VM skills at state and store level
- Working with the Buying Manager in creating and styling the monthly Window Outfits and communicating the directive to all State VM Teams
- Creating and managing within budget the Window Display Concepts (at least 6 Window Concepts per year)
- Overseeing the installation of instore VM concepts
- Working in conjunction with the State and Store Management teams, identifying and actioning VM opportunities to increase sales
- Creating and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines
- Working with State/Area Managers, and Instore Visual Merchandisers to set standards, provide feedback and support store staff in a professional and personable way
- Have experience in a similar National Visual Merchandising with Windows experience.
- Experience with a multi-site, fashion retailer
- Be strongly practiced in the above Key Responsibilities of this role, and be able to provide folio documentation and supporting material to validate your experience
- Possess good organizational, time management, attention to detail & communication skills
- Have flexibility to travel interstate and regional areas if/when required
- Have a tertiary qualification in Visual Merchandising &/or Retailing
