An exciting opportunity for a talented and committed Visual Merchandiser to join Commonry. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all stores are presented in accordance with visual standards set by the VM manuals, updates, national directives, brand identity, and strive to achieve visual excellence.

**In this role, your responsibilities will include**:

- Minimum of 3 years merchandising experience across multiple sites (with fashion apparel as an advantage)
- Possess excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Have a passion for merchandising and for attention to detail

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- Applying/interpreting and implementing the Instore VM Guidelines
- In conjunction with the Retail Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
- Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
- Assist with installing the Window & Instore VM Concepts
