This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies for an established, growing luxury brand. You'll have creative autonomy to shape merchandising approaches across multiple premium showrooms while working with prestigious furniture collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies across all brand showrooms
- Create compelling product displays that showcase luxury outdoor furniture collections in diverse climate markets
- Establish merchandising guidelines and brand standards for consistent premium presentation
- Plan and execute seasonal merchandising updates aligned with product releases and climate considerations
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimise showroom layouts for customer experience and sales conversion
- Manage merchandising budgets and coordinate with suppliers for display materials and props
- Travel regularly to showrooms for hands-on implementation and team training
- Analyse merchandising performance data and adjust strategies to maximise sales impact
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align visual strategies with business objectives

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3+ years experience in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury retail, furniture, or lifestyle brands
- Proven track record in developing and executing merchandising strategies across multiple locations
- Strong understanding of luxury retail presentation and premium brand positioning
- Experience with furniture, homewares, or outdoor lifestyle products highly regarded
- Exceptional creative vision with ability to translate brand concepts into compelling visual displays
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and merchandise planning tools
- Strong communication skills for remote team coordination and vendor management
- Willingness to travel regularly across Australia
- Self-motivated professional who thrives with autonomy and creative freedom
