**Position Title**

**Program Background**

Climate Resilient Communities (CRC) supports implementation of the Australian Government's climate change commitments under _Australia's International Development Policy_, in line with partner government priorities.

CRC supports the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to increase climate investments, drive climate integration, and better address climate change and disaster risk across Australia’s development portfolio.

CRC incentivises funding towards gender-responsive, inclusive climate and disaster resilience programming, particularly in the water, food, nature-based solutions, and energy sectors.

DFAT has engaged DT Global to support the implementation of CRC through a Support Unit.

**The Role**
- ** Lead and manage the CRCSU Operations team**to deliver support services aligned with the Head Contract and strategic goals.
- ** Support high-quality deliverables for DFAT,**including work plans, updates, manuals, and anti-corruption strategies, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- ** Develop and maintain operational systems**(procurement, risk, HR, finance), ensuring compliance with DFAT and DT Global policies, and oversee the Operations Manual.
- ** Oversee financial and HR functions,**including budgeting, recruitment, onboarding, expenditure tracking, and compliance with audit and reporting standards.
- ** Drive system integration and risk management**, collaborating on the Management Information System (MIS), ensuring usability and training, and leading fraud prevention and GEDSI integration.

**About You**
- ** Extensive experience working in a similar role, preferably in an international development context.**:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as project management, international development etc.
- Well demonstrated experience in leading HR, procurement, grant, contract, finance, risk management.
- Demonstrated strong organisational skills including planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining administrative systems.
- Demonstrated experience in operations and logistics management and coordination.
