Rubix Solutions is a boutique recruitment company working for some of the biggest blue chip clients globally. Our client, a leading IT consultancy are looking to hire a Test and Execution Lead on a contract basis to work on a Defence project. This role is based in Canberra.

Operational Test and Execution Lead (NV1 needed)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop a solid plan** that we can report against that covers all OT&E activity such as:

- Timeframes;
- Key dependencies;
- Key tasks i.e what functions are being tested (inc sequencing and start / end dates);
- Key milestones;
- Key deliverables;
- When we need to engage resources for scenario development and scenario execution, etc.
- ** Plan and Conduct OT&E trials **against the planned stakeholder scenarios executed under realistic operational conditions, of a production or production-representative system. The solution must be tested to determine the solutions operational effectiveness and operational suitability for use by typical users; or deployed on operations or exercises.
- **Report against OT&E** trials and scenarios to:

- Determine how well the Solution performed;
- Determine cyber worthiness of the solution;
- Determine and manage critical software product defects that impacts operational effectiveness and operational suitability of the solution; and
- Determine if the solution will go forward and be rolled out into full production and fielding within the service.

This is a Canberra based role ( but flexible to work 1/2 days from home if wanted)
