**What this opportunity involves**:
As the FM Operations Lead, you will oversee the delivery and management of contracted Facilities Management services to the WoAG property portfolio across assigned work packages.
Based in Canberra, you will work closely with client facilities managers and the FM Hub lead to drive innovative and sustainable property solutions, ensuring standardised FM delivery tied to work order and compliance management.
Serves to support the Director Facilities & Operations, Entity Relationship Directors, and Entity Managers with initiatives by driving implementation/standardisation and delivery.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Lead client engagement and relationship management
Implement standardized FM delivery processes across accounts
Oversee compliance and quality management programs
Provide financial oversight and reporting
Manage and develop team performance - Implement risk management strategies
Promote and ensure health and safety compliance
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in FM operations
Serve as primary escalation point for unresolved issues
Collaborate with various JLL departments for comprehensive property management
Conduct regular client satisfaction reviews
**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Facilities, Property or related field and minimum 5 years’ managing a team.
Sound financial management.
Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Building or Facility Management would be an advantage.
Proficient in the use of the MS Office product suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, particular Excel with knowledge of pivot tables lookups, complex formulas.
The ability to extract and analyse data into clear logical reports with a particular attention to detail.
Commitment to continuous improvement, motivated ‘can-do’ attitude, and results oriented.
Ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance and or any additional associated Entity clearances will be preferrable, but not mandatory.
