**About the Role**

**About You**

In this role, you will ideally have:

- Demonstrated understanding of Autism and the challenges people with Autism and their families experience.
- Further or tertiary qualifications in disability, community services, Social Work, Education or other Allied Health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive excellent quality customer service and team culture
- An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme
- Demonstrated computer and technical skills including information systems and databases
