**About the Role**

This position will be reporting to the IT Operations Manager and the main duties will include:
- Working with the analytics team, provide business analysis services in the development of customer requirements, documentation of business workflows and proposals providing solutions that address customer needs
- Monitors compliance to policies, standards and procedures where relevant to the discipline
- Identify issues and contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement strategies

**About You**

To succeed you will be highly organized, thrive under pressure, be able to juggle multiple priorities and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. In addition, you’ll have:

- SQL database experience
- Microsoft PowerBI Reports experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
